Postpartum Support
Specialized, compassionate care for new and expectant parents navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and the profound emotional challenges of new parenthood.
Postpartum & Perinatal Mental Health
The arrival of a new baby is one of life’s most significant transitions — and for many parents, it brings unexpected emotional challenges. Postpartum depression (PPD) affects approximately 1 in 5 new mothers, and postpartum anxiety is even more common. Many parents suffer in silence, believing they should feel only joy.
We provide specialized, evidence-based treatment for the full spectrum of perinatal mental health challenges — from prenatal anxiety to postpartum depression, birth trauma, and OCD. Our perinatal-certified therapists understand the unique neurological, hormonal, and relational factors at play, and bring both clinical expertise and deep compassion to every session.

Our Therapeutic Approaches
You Are Not Alone
Postpartum depression and anxiety are medical conditions — not character failings or signs that you are a bad parent. They are caused by dramatic hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, and the enormous psychological demands of new parenthood.
About 90% of women with postpartum depression can be treated successfully with cognitive-behavioral therapy, medication, or a combination of both. The most important step is reaching out. We are here.
