Just seeing the word ‘Rejection’ can elicit a strong emotional response. To some, rejection is often seen as a negative experience. Something that happened to us. That made us feel unwanted or cast aside. Have you ever considered how Rejection is also a power that we can use to improve our own mental, physical, and emotional health? When we are offered food that we are allergic to – we can reject that food. When our minds are projecting into the future and stoking our own anxiety, we can reject those thoughts. And when others have told us that we are not right for them, though it may be painful, that rejection is freeing us to have the space to discover and attract situations that are a match for our unique gifts.
