Have you ever cared so much that it hurt? To care about someone can quickly turn into caringfor someone. Sometimes this happens without us knowing it. Without them asking for it. Or maybe they did ask for it – and you didn’t have the overflow or mental, emotional, or material resources to give and you did it anyway. Sometimes the solution for everyone is to care less and love more. You can love others without turning into caregivers by letting go of obsessive thoughts and actions, and simply open your heart and be present.
